SKI VEHICLE TECHNOLOGY

Electric scooters significantly benefit the planet by reducing emissions, promoting sustainable urban mobility, and conserving resources. They offer zero tailpipe emissions, are energy-efficient, and can be powered by renewable sources, contributing to cleaner air and reduced carbon footprints. Additionally, their compact size and ease of use can help alleviate traffic congestion and encourage alternative transportation options.

However, traditional e-scooters are dangerous to ride. A 2023 UCLA study says the national injury rate (per-million trips) is: 115 injuries for stand-up e-scooters, 104 injuries for motorcycles, 15 injuries for bicycles, and 8 injuries for cars.

Importantly, UCLA researchers learned that these e-scooter injuries and deaths were coming from rider error, and not car driver error.

The problem: traditional e-scooters (pictured above) are not designed properly. The floorboard is too thin; thus, the rider cannot stand properly and stabilize their upper body! Normal and natural stance is feet about shoulder width apart.

E-scooter designs that allow the rider to stand normally and naturally are the future of e-scooters. The E-Ski is that e-scooter.

Five-Star Todd's patented technology creates the safest and most fun-to-ride e-scooter ever created. He calls the invention an "electric ski" because the vehicle allows its rider to simulate the sport of skiing almost perfectly.

The E-SKI is perfect for bike lane transportation—up to 20 MPH. With a torquey 2000-watt motor, the MOTORSKI goes up to 30 MPH. Simply put, this technology makes riding an e-scooter safer and more fun!
