SNOW SPORTS

​​​Gravity-propelled sport vehicles contribute to mitigating global warming by reducing greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional gasoline-powered recreational vehicles. Additionally, some ski resorts use solar energy to power their lifts directly or as part of a larger renewable energy system, decreasing their carbon footprint.

 The SKIGLIDER: The Joy of Riding a Ski Vehicle in the Snow 

SKIGLIDER: A sturdy bicycle handlebar system allows the rider to balance their upper body and steer down the mountainside. Steering systems reduce and limit the initial fear that first-time downhill skiers usually feel; thus, they are having more fun and want to stay and play on the snow longer. The SKIGLIDER takes about ten minutes to learn how to ride.​
